  10. It’s 4 of crushed garlic cloves.
  11. Prepare of Dry Seasoning.
  12. You need of Onion powder.
  13. Prepare of Cumin.
  14. You need of Chili powder.
  15. It’s of Paprika.
  16. Prepare of Oregano.

Zest and squeeze limes, reserving a couple of quarters to serve with the bowls. Slice green onion into thin slices, separating green and white parts.
