Make Grilled chicken skewers (chicken kebabs) with a simple spice rub. The spice rub keeps chicken breast chunks tender and juicy, and I add onions, peppers. Brush grill grates carefully with a bit of oil. Whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, oil, chili powder, and garlic.
