Recipe: Tasty Italian beef Sandvichčą¬

Italian beef Sandvichčą¬. There are Italian Beef's then there are "Chicago style" Italian Beefs. Yours i would classify as Chicago style. I also use beef broth instead of water.

In a small bowl, combine the seasonings; sprinkle half over beef. Layer with half the remaining meat, then the onion and pepperoncini. Pour pepperoncini liquid over the top. You can have Italian beef Sandvichčą¬ using 12 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Otherwise, the Italian beef taste was definitely there and very good. It's the closest thing I've found to the real stuff. A suggestion for another reviewer: If you want the beef sliced rather than shredded, make it the day before. PREP: Brown the roast and add it to the slow cooker with Italian seasonings, broth and pepperoncini peppers. SHRED: Using forks, shred the beef and return it to the juices.
