In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, salsa and bouillon to a boil. Stir in rice; remove from the heat. Shake rice vigorously to remove excess water. This step removes the starch from the rice so it will not stick.

- Firstly chop all the vegetables and puree the tomato.
- Next in a pan add oil,butter & garlic mix well next add onions cook till it becomes transculent next add cumin powder,black pepper, salt and add rice and mix well for 5 min make sure you dont break rice.
- Once rice get tossed with mixture well next add all veggies & green peas and mix well.
- Add tomato puree and mix well next add oregano,schezwan chutney & red chilli powder and mix it lastly add salt again if required and add water and mix well close the lid and cook for around 25 minutes till rice & veggies get cooked properly..
- After 25 minutes check it if it's done switch off the flame..
- Serve hot by garnish with coriander leaves..
